Introduction: NCDs are one of the major challenges for public health in 21st century, not only terms human suffering but also harm to socio-economic development country. As elderly population is likely increase future, and there a definite shift disease pattern i.e., from communicable non-communicable, it high time that care system gears itself growing needs an optimal comprehensive manner. To provide aid effective implementation NCD program by measuring prevalence among women with objective assess Non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes) has been conducted.Material Methods: Community-based cross-sectional study was carried out RHTC, Seloo All (n=260) aged 60 years above six Anganwadi areas were interviewed house-to-house survey. Statistical analysis done SPSS.17.Results: 33.46% belonged age group 60-64 years, 78.85% illiterate. Among all women, 30.38% had hypertension, 7.30% diabetes, Ischemic heart 1.15% cancer 0.38% found participants.Conclusion: Our shows diabetes hypertension more common women. The occupation significant association diabetes.
